Super clean hotel, rooms very consistent with what Parras is, spacious and comfortable. No problem other than the service, we never found out which area the breakfast was in until we looked for it haha ​​no one tells you anything about that and yes, you can hear everything from the other rooms, wind and wood for the same reason. A little higher in price but if you are looking for comfort and security, a good location, it is fine.

Terrible service at breakfast. I arrived at 10:35 to have breakfast. No one tells you anything, pay attention, and you have to go into the kitchen to ask questions. Then I serve myself the buffet breakfast and it is very cold. I tell the lady she can warm it up on the mic and she answers that it's already cold because it's 11 and I show her my cell phone with the time 10.40. And then he answers that with the air the burners go out but well it's not very windy. Bit. But in the end there are no friendly ways for me as a guest. The hotel is very nice, just the breakfast service doesn't seem good to me. They must have good manners
